Let it snow!

We have enjoyed three snowfalls since we came to Georgia! That is unheard of here in the deep south, but it's true. Some pics of us enjoying the snow and taking walks in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. Just to update everyone: We are staying with The Perrys in Sautee until March 1st, when we'll move into our home in Dahlonega. We both got jobs at the local hospital, Scott on Med-Surg and Rebekah on Labor and Delivery. The hospital is small, but has just been renovated, so it's very nice. Our bosses are very nice, and we're currently enjoying an extended vacation because neither of us have started working yet. We have been to our church 3 times and love it. No callings yet. The kids are getting settled in well and have a church playgroup on Wednesdays. No preschool for them - we've only been able to find all-day day cares and Pre-K (which doesn't have any openings), so we're improvising at home. There are tons of great playgrounds around. The library has story time on Monday, and hopefully Katya will be able to start a drama group soon at the local theater. Jack will be starting speech therapy soon (for free this time because we make so little money now!). We've enjoyed time at the Mildenhalls visiting with cousins, etc, and Kristen and Taylor came up to Sautee for a visit. We had a great time seeing the sites of Helen and Dahlonega. Adam and Janet came up for a visit, too, and we went for a hike with them on the neighborhood trails to the waterfall. We'll be going to Athens tomorrow to see them and Beth and Rachel and Jessica. We're also taking in some concerts at the end of the month in Athens. We're so enjoying our lives in the beautiful south near family and friends.
